# Reset your password

## 1. Start password reset

1. On the sign-in screen, tap **Forgot password?**
2. Enter your **email address**
3. Tap **Continue**

## 2. Verify your identity

To reset your password, you must verify your identity.

👉 Depending on your organization’s configuration, you may be asked to verify using one of the following methods:

### Option 1: OTP (email or authenticator)

1. Enter the **6-digit code** sent to your email\
   or from your authenticator app

### Option 2: Passkey

1. Confirm using:
   * Face ID
   * Fingerprint
   * Device passcode

### Option 3: Biometric (liveness)

1. Look at the camera
2. Complete the liveness check

## 3. Set a new password

1. Enter your **new password**
2. Confirm your password
3. Tap **Reset password**

### Password requirements

* Minimum length
* Uppercase letter
* Lowercase letter
* Number
* (Other rules depending on your organization)

## ⚠️ If there is an error

If your password does not meet requirements:

* You will see an error message
* Update your password and try again

## 4. Password reset successful

After success:

* You will see **“Password reset successful”**
* You will be redirected to the **sign-in page**

## 5. Troubleshooting

### I didn’t receive a code

* Check your email
* Tap **Resend code**

### Verification failed

* Try again
* Or use another method

### I can’t verify my identity

* Try another available method
* Contact your organization admin if needed

### Password reset not working

* Check password requirements
* Make sure both fields match

## 6. Important notes

* Verification methods depend on your organization’s settings
* You must complete verification before resetting your password
* Your password cannot be recovered — only reset
* Keep your account secure after resetting your password
