# Passkey

## 1. Set up passkey

### Add a passkey

1. Go to **Profile**
2. Select **Passkeys**
3. Tap **Add passkey**

### Verify your identity

1. Enter your **password**
2. Tap **Continue**

👉 This step confirms your identity before creating a passkey

### Create your passkey

1. Follow the system prompt
2. Confirm using:
   * Face ID / fingerprint, or
   * Device passcode

### Choose where to save your passkey

Depending on your device, you may be asked to choose where to store your passkey:

* iCloud Keychain (Apple devices)
* Another device (cross-device setup)
* Security key (if supported)

👉 Your passkey will be securely stored and synced (if supported)

### Complete setup

👉 Your passkey is now ready to use for sign-in

## 2. Manage your passkey

### View your passkey

1. Go to **Passkeys**
2. Select a passkey

You can see:

* Device name
* Created date
* Last used

### Rename a passkey

1. Open the passkey detail
2. Tap **Edit / Rename**
3. Enter a new name
4. Tap **Save**

### Add another passkey

1. Go to **Passkeys**
2. Tap **Add passkey**
3. Follow the setup steps

## 3. Use passkey to sign in

1. On the sign-in screen, tap **Continue with passkey**
2. Confirm using your device (Face ID / fingerprint / passcode)

👉 You will be signed in without entering your password

## 4. Troubleshooting

### I can’t create a passkey

* Make sure your device supports passkey
* Make sure screen lock (Face ID / passcode) is enabled
* Try again or choose another option

### I don’t see passkey option

* Your organization may not allow passkey
* Or your device may not support it

### Passkey setup failed

* Try again
* Use another verification method
* Check your device settings

## 5. Important notes

* Passkey is tied to your device or account (Apple / Google ecosystem)
* You may use multiple passkeys across devices
* Passkey is more secure than passwords and resistant to phishing
* Removing your device may remove access to that passkey
