# Manage your devices

## 1. View your devices

1. Go to **Home**
2. Tap **Device**

👉 You will see:

* **Current device** → the device you are using now
* **Active devices** → devices currently signed in
* **Past devices** → devices you have signed out from

## 2. Understand device status

### Current device

* The device you are using
* Marked as **Active**

### Active devices

* Devices that are currently signed in
* Show:
  * Device name
  * Location
  * Last active time

### Past devices

* Devices that are no longer signed in
* For reference only

### ⚠️ Risk signals

Some devices may show warnings such as:

* **Unusual location**\
  👉 This means the sign-in location is different from your usual activity

## 3. View device details

Tap any device to see more information.

### Session information

* **Session ID**
* **Sign-in time**
* **Last active**
* **IP address**

### Device information

* Device type
* Operating system
* App or browser
* Location

👉 This helps you confirm whether the activity is yours

## 4. Secure your account

### Sign out from a device

You can sign out from any device you no longer use.

👉 This will:

* End the session on that device
* Prevent further access

### When should you sign out?

* You don’t recognize the device
* The location looks unusual
* You no longer use that device

## 5. Best practices

* Review your active devices regularly
* Sign out from devices you don’t trust
* Enable additional security methods (e.g. 2FA)
* Monitor unusual activity

## 6. Important notes

* Device information is provided by your organization’s system
* Some activity may be delayed slightly
* You are responsible for reviewing your sessions
* Always sign out from shared or public devices
