# 5. Manage subscriptions

**What you’ll do:** View and manage your personal application subscriptions; this includes adding, upgrading, or unsubscribing from apps as a personal account. And business account with relevant roles to subscribe and unsubscribe from organization-enabled applications, controlling access and usage for your specific workspace teams/members.

**Why it matters:** This centralized oversight ensures compliance, manages access, and guarantees only authorized, approved applications are available to teams.

**Steps:**

1. Visit the [**Oten Store**](https://store.oten.com/)**.**
2. After logged in, click on your **profile icon** and select menu **my subscriptions**.
3. Review the list of applications you’ve subscribed to, 
4. Select an app to **Unsubscribe** that is no longer in used.
